1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of InvestHind, operated by

Use of InvestHind implies acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

  1. Must be ≥14 years old
  2. Legal capacity to contract
  3. Startup Founders and Investors only

 3. Account Registration

  1.  Provide accurate information
  2.  Maintain confidentiality of credentials
  3.  Notify us of breaches

4. User Content & Profiles

  1. Users own their content
  2. Grant InvestHind license to display content
  3. Content must comply with laws and our Content Standards

5. KYC & Verification

  1.  KYC mandatory for all users
  2.  Profile approval at InvestHind’s discretion
  3.  Failure to update documents => account suspension

6. Subscription & Billing

  1. Free, Monthly, Annual plans
  2.  Fees displayed at purchase
  3. Auto-renewal by default; can be disabled
  4.  Non-refundable, except per Refund Policy

7. Payment Terms

  1.  Secure third-party processing
  2.  Taxes (GST) borne by user
  3.  Disputes resolved via Sections 8 & 9

8. Intellectual Property

  1.  InvestHind IP strictly protected
  2. No reproduction or derivative works without consent

9. Platform Use Restrictions

  1.  Legitimate startup-investor networking only
  2.  No fraud, spamming, scraping, bots

10. Liability Limitation

  1. Liability capped at fees paid in prior 12 months
  2. No indirect, incidental, special damages

 11. Indemnification

  1.  You indemnify InvestHind for claims arising from:
  2.  Your breach of Terms
  3.  Your unlawful use of platform

12. Privacy & Data Protection

  1. Subject to our Privacy Policy and GDPR Notice

13. Termination

  1.  For violations, inactivity, or at our discretion
  2.  Certain obligations survive termination  

14. Modifications

  1.  We may update Terms; notice via email/platform
  2. Continued use = acceptanceThis document is subject to change on a timely and/or need
    basis at the sole discretion ofthe Company’s management team.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

  1.  Governed by India law
  2.  Arbitration under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in New Delhi
